These guys are too much. Not only did they scam me, but I just discovered I'd also been charged for and enrolled in a Computer Correspondence Course with Video Professor Inc, and so far this company has got me for almost $70.00! I know GGW is at the bottom of this, or their marketing company, because the misspelling on the box from Video Professor Inc. is exactly the same as GGW's spelling. Same M.O. Video Professor advertises a supposedly free course, and in the box they slip in an extra cd rom- for only 59.95 extra. Then of course they start sending you monthly installments and racking up those credit card charges. I called their customer service-they seem to be a bit more legit. I asked them what they sent me and how they go my credit card number-they said from a third party-which must be GGW marketers! This has got to be illegal. Anyway, I did receive a small package around the time GGW was starting their scam, on the outside was a warning that if I didn't order this to call such and such a number, I did, put a return authorization number on the package and put it back in the mail box. Video Professor shows they got it back-but of course THEY DIDN'T MAKE ANY REFUND! They claim they will, but I have already had to start the second dispute process over these charge. They also claim to have sent a previous package. I never saw that one. The similarities can't be any coincidence-they've definitely got exactly the same scheme going in the same way, even involving the same kind of merchandise, videos and cd-roms etc. They do the same thing, send you stuff, charge you for it, and then conveniently forget to make any refund. These guys are completely out of the blue, I never heard of them in my life, and I never needed or wanted any computer courses. It's outrageous!
