GIUSEPPE LIDONNICI is 100% a scam artist. He will beg you to pay him before he starts work and then he will never do it. He promises and promises that its almost done and days will go by. then weeks. then months. If you ask him what is going on he will either ignore you or threaten to steal your idea and use it for himself.
