Glendale Metal Company International marine salvage, IMS, Raw Materials Company, RMC Refused to pay for a bin full of scrap metal that we collected. St.Catharines Ontario
Glendale Metal Company; AKA Glendale Metals; RMC, Raw Material Company Collected a bin from our location and never paid us for the materials collected instead an excuse was made by the president and general manager Dylan Elliott that 3-4 bags of garbage and some wood was in the bin so NO money was issued for about $800 - 1200$ worth of Scrap metal.(We are unsure of the weight because an official weight ticket was NEVER issued or given to us; even stating a 0 Balance.)
We were told we wouldnt be charged for sorting it. - the bin was for mixed electronics and parts thereof. Shred is a higher value and a related commodity. - we would have taken the lower amount for it all, But Nothing is not accceptable. as it cost us $800 for that metal and transportation costs were included in that. We got it from a wearhouse in hamilton amoungst other stuff for that amount. however this leaves us at a loss of $800 instead of breaking even.
Not Acceptable and I would like the world to know!
I once knew a man that said; "beware of the Garbage that these scrap places will try and pull; yes a pun was intended."
