I called in to Global Cash Card to dispute a transaction on 11/23/2015, I was hung up on by at least 2 maybe even 3 representatives. I finally got someone to the phone that had a slight hint of service to provide. But lief and said she would have a supervisor call me back. That was over a week ago. I called them back myself today 12/04/2015, spoke with a representative and a supervisor and they both informed my they have 45-90 to address any concern in reference to a dispute. I filed a complaint with the CFPB today. I'm tired of playing with them.

The CFPB does not have any authority over Global Cash Card or Metabank, and unless you tell them that the bank that issues the cards for Global is U.S. Bank your complaint will go nowhere. The CFPB has authority over U.S. Bank. You won't get that from Global. Global says they only use Metabanks routing number. And that is strange. Also, Global and Metabank sued U.S. bank.
