Please don't forget what terrible people John, Buzz, Dino, and Bob are. They ripped off hundreds of people in North Dakota and apparently in Canada too.

For those who don't know who these people are, they are the owners of Websmart Interactive who left hundreds without paycheques and holiday pay. They brought in the Global Financial which ripped off thousands of customers.

(Dino the nerdy looking boy who proably got picked on in school) They owe many people money and we shouldn't forget about these low lifes.

To "SOME",whoever you might be... I find it a disgrace that a former employee like yourself, in your HIGH position, would find it necessary to STAB your former co-workers in the heart like that. If it wasn't for us former employees you would've had the oppurtunity to make a "hell of a lot more money than us" as you said. It just goes to show the cold hearted, selfishness of the management staff at Websmart. If WebSmart was in such terrible trouble before the Global thing, why is it that we were not made aware of that, so maybe we could go and try to seek other STABLE employment oppurtunities. Keeping in mind that there are several steps being taken to get the employees their paychecks, and several city leaders investigating the matter, i find it funny that you would so bluntly state, that WebSmart was in financial trouble before the Global thing happened. And coming from such a HIGH ranking person, such as yourself, a person could look at that and see credibility to that. So me as a former employee would love to print that statement that you typed out and give it to one of our fine city council men/women,showing that in fact, WebSmart and its owners DID IN FACT know that the company was in trouble long before any of the employees knew. Because it is obvious that some of the upper management knew. So "SOME", you go on with your life and if people are not going to update their websites or answer any questions you will continue to see these postings stating that "Dino is a geek" and that John, Buzz and Bob are pricks and should get what they deserve. When did they give us a chance to express our feelings? They didn't. So therefore, we have resorted to the only other means that we have to express ourselves and our feelings on the matter. And oh yes, WebSmart did to rip us off, not just Global Financial, you just made that perfectly clear with your statement above. So thanks for the inside information as i am sure some of the city council men/women would love to read something like that, especially coming from someone of your "intelligence" and "high ranking position" it only makes it much more credible. I know that your former boss' will appreciate your help in the matter. And so will the other employees who are seeking some closure in this matter.

John, is it really necessary to make fun of Dino for what he looks like? That is not relevant. I am sure that you are no prize yourself. You need to get your facts straight. Dino was not an owner of the company. He was simply an employee like yourself, albeit a very high ranking one. Judging from your post, you are probably not very bright and are doomed to a life of making fun of such successful people since you will likely never be one. John, Buzz and Bob did not rip anyone off, nor did anybody involved with WebSmart. What they are guilty of is trying to keep the company going when they should have just shut it down and left us all jobless months ago. But no, they poured everything they had into trying to keep it running. You should be grateful for that. I sure am. I didn't get my last two paychecks or vacation pay either, but I'm not bitter about it. And believe me, with the high position I had, they owe me a hell of a lot more money than they owe you. You won't hear me complaining about it, though. I was adequately prepared with money in the bank and a small stack of monthly bills. The economy and endless meddling by politicians in the telemarketing industry (even though they continue to exempt political calls from their ridiculous laws) is what helped kill WebSmart. Granted, the missed payment from Global is what drove the last nail in the coffin, but there were other factors. I've read posts here suggesting that WebSmart should have had a reserve or some "rainy day" money set aside, but it seems that was all probably used up to keep the company afloat as long as it was. It is also important to remember that Global was a client of WebSmart's. The two companies had no relationship beyond that. Global hired WebSmart to sell, and sell they did. The fact that Global performed their backend work poorly and didn't get the packages out to their customers in a timely manner does not mean WebSmart was ripping the customers off. So, in closing, I would recommend that people like yourself who are posting here should speak about the facts rather than posting emotional, immature and ignorant messages. Don't get me wrong, I feel for people who are in financial trouble because they missed their last paychecks. However, if they are living check-to-check with little or no money in the bank and could not afford to miss a paycheck, they should not criticize WebSmart's owners for getting in the same boat trying to keep us all employed.

Well , although I empathize with you , I just dont think you should " hold your breathe " waiting for any of these so called " Men " to do the right thing and pay those who ultimately forced to work for free for the better part of 3 weeks. I finally began to recieve Unemployment benifits , so if nothing else , life is moving along. I agree that those theives " John , Buzz , Dino and Bob " , deserve not to be forgotten , but judging by the amount of posts on here , I think they are more focused on keeping themselves out of jail then retrieving our money. I only hope that customers recieve the money they are owed back , and that those 4 individules get what they so rightfull deserve. They owe the city of Saskatoon hundreds of thousands of dollars , Grand Forks , Minot , and the list goes on . I had respect for Dino at one point , I had spent a little time with him , and believed he was a hard working , professional. Dino , your as saavy as the rest of them and it is you that will " reep what you sew " in time. John you need to update the website www.websmartinteractive.com to keep your former employees aware of how you are going to get their money. No updates in a month, which leads me to believe you are doing nothing. Nothing would satisfy me , and the thousands of people involved in this more than to see you 4 gentlemen recieve a lenghly prison term . Perhaps you could use the services of the folks at " Lamont Law " to represent you , although if John or Bob's legal expertise is anything like their business sense , in all likelyhood you 4 are getting the " chair " .
