I was contacted by a Mr. Paul McKay of Global Funding Solutions on October 5th 2015 wanting my business to obtain funding for my company. I informed Mr. McKay of what we were looking for for our business in the way of funding and that I had a credit profile number and sole and seperate credit profile for the intention of obtaining credit for my business. Mr. McKay stated that he would not have any problem obtianing the financing I was seeking and told me to fill out an application and send back to him along with a check for $3500.00 via overnight mail to what I have later found out to be a mail drop in Las Vegas NV. I told him I would look at it and get back to him. This is when he started insesent calling every few hours to ask if I had gotten the email and sent it off and what the tracking number was.
I repeatedly told Mr. McKay that I would get to it as my schedule permitted and to let me go back to taking care of my customers that I was doing an install for. The calls kept coming every few hours every day for a few days stating he was eager to get to work on my deal because it was so easy and he would have it done in no time. Some of his calls and messages were civil, but the majority of them were pushy and with a very pompous attitude and they aways come from a blocked number. He would make comments like "if I dont hear from you in the next hour I'll assume you dont want to be funded" etc. He stated that he would immediately go to work improving our Dun and Bradstreet report because there was a lot of miss information on it.
Once this was done he could have the funding to us in a matter of a couple of weeks. I reluctantly sent a check from one of our business credit card accounts (which due to this fiasco I have had to close.) I recieved an email 24 hours later with a letter I was to send to Dun and Bradstreet via certified mail and another six page letter telling me I needed to contact Dun and Bradstreet and complete the work myself. More annoying and quite rude voicemail and email messages were to follow. After speaking with one of my financial advisors, I was instructed to cut ties with Mr. McKay as it became aparent this was looking like a con man out to make a quick buck. I stopped the payment on the check and informed Mr. McKay that I would no longer be dealing with his company.
I was met with some very rude and even sometimes vulgar email and still am to this day as I stated I would give him his measly $3500 to just go away. In doing further research on his address in Beverly Hills it is a quaint little 3bd 1.5 ba house on zillow.com. Not to say that is a bad thing as I too work from a home office and shop for now but to misrepresent that as some office space in Beverly Hills is quite distastefull. This man I believe in reading other reports has just changed the name he goes by from Howard Spiegel and Global Finance Service to Paul McKay and Global Funding Solutions but continue to use the same web address. Infact both Global Finace Service and Global Funding Solutions addresses are within the Beverly Hills area. Do not even entertain speaking with this man as it will just be a headache and hassle.

Mr. Mock claims to be an expert in how business ownership is transferred or purchased but in reality he only shows his ignorance! Pertaining to his "analysis" of prior business names Global Funding Solutions purchased the existing former accounts of Global Financial Services (note the incorrect name he has designated) and all rights to use the same website under a new name (ie Global Funding Solutions) under new management at a new office address at 9107 Wilshire Bl Suite 450, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Unfortunately, we deal with ignorant people like Mr. Mock on a routine daily basis and are now forced to respond to his inaccurate "analysis" and personal unfounded beliefs. I refer you again to the large judgment we have against him for approximately $180,000+ as stated in our "Rebuttal" to his initial erroneous and unfounded allegations above plus the numerous positve references we have at the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), trustlink.com and Business Consumer Alliance (AAA Rating). These are all verified ratings and references. At Global Funding Solutions an educated client (which Mr. Mock evidently is not) is our best customer. Thank you!

We proudly state that we have a Los Angeles Superior Court Judgment Against Jason Mock and Thunderstruck Signs for his erroneous report on the Rip-Off Report plus his breach of contract with our company. Mr. Mock filed a bogus report against Paul McKay and Global Funding Solutions in an effort to make himself look good and damage the business reputation of Paul McKay and Global along with an elaborate scam to get his business funding. Mr. Mock outside of his outright lies attempted to obtain a large business loan for his company Thunderstruck Signs through Global via illegal means and phony credit. During our "due diligence" prior to submission of the loan application we discovered that he employes a CPN number instead of his actual social security number which he uses on credit applications where a social security number is required. This is a federal crime! His real credit we discovered is a mess as he is! He perpetuates this CPN fake information via his mothers address which is in California as he pretends to be two different people! We have copies of all of his credit reports and can verify this as true. Once we confronted him with this he defaulted on the contract and we found out that his $3,500 advance retainer for our completion of his Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) business credit was from a closed account! He kept telling us to "hold the check" for deposit until we completed his D&B report and e-mailed it to him. He basically never intended to pay us anyway and wasted our time. Unfortunately, his postings although erroneous have been damaging to our business and the reputation of Paul McKay.
"Stay clear" of Jason Mock to quote his own words as he's a professional scam artist and credit fraud artist. We advise you to go online and check out our "A+" rating with the Better Business Bureau and read our customer reviews and on other sites such as the Businss Consumer Alliance which rated us "AAA" and trustlink.com. We deal with thousands of potential business clients a year and arrange millions of dollars in financing per annum and have been in the commercial financing business for about 19 years. Thank you!

After further research. I noticed on this website:www.aihitdata.com/company/0066CA8A/GLOBAL-FUNDING-SOLUTIONS/history#main. has recorded that in July of 2013 the number for Global Finance Solutions (Howard Spiegel) as well as the address of 468 North Camden anong with the IP address was deleted and the current info associated with Global Funding Solutions AKA Paul McKay phones, addresses, and IP were added. interesting
