We have called the company to cancel the plan. The operator who answers the phone "health plan". Told me I needed to give her my phone number because "customer service" does not answer their phones. I did not leave a number. Two days later "Michael" left a message from United Healthcare Plans (another name change). I called him back he was on the phone. Left a message with the same operator. Still have not heard from him. Just to let you know after further research, this is the same company owned by a California business man who has insurance scams in California and all over the country. He is now living in a gated mansion and will not talk to the press.
