Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I placed an order with this company and when within a few hours realized I wanted to "add" to the order which would make most companies happy, but there simply no response to my urgency to avoid my order being shipped before the changes could be made. I called and left a message when no one answered. The next morning i called the minute they were suppose to open ringing every hour for a total of five hours until finally giving up, I also sent in an email. Neither my voicemail or emails were returned until the end of the following day when i received an email asking what changes I wanted to make to my order.

Once I replied I recieved a response stating they were sorry, that my order would be cancelled due to fraud because the shipping and billing address did nto match which was absolute B.S. It was at that point that I decided to look up the company to see if anyone else had experienced their shady business practices which is when i found a complaint on rip off report that simply confirmed what I already knew, that the company simply could not be trusted.

Considering they sell seafood I knew I was better off going with a company that was known for their ethical, professional business practices and was actually glad when "Oleg" told me my order would be cancelled at the end of the day because the last thing I needed was to possibly end up with tainted or spoiled seafood by a man likely misrepresenting himself and his company. Everything happens for a reason as they say and knew the minute I left a voicemail stating that if someone hadn't gotten back to me within a resonable amount of time to change a "pending" order that it would be the last order i ever placed.

This guy Oleg Nikitenko gives the term shady a whole new meaning. The fact that his dover sole is priced at $49.00 for 10 pounds is also a red flag when it is normally no less thatn $10 per pound at any health food store. That being said, when something seems too good to be true it generally is. He has to be cutting corners somewhere and is likely misrepresenting the origin info of all of his seafood. Simply google his name and you will see that he is a criminal from Russia. Buyer beware!

I’m sorry to hear that you were angry about this, but your order triggered our fraud protection program and we can not accept orders that get triggered due to IP, billing, and other issues that are related to previous fraud cases.
