Global Tec Solutions - Options Made Easy Sell software and service for trading options, Scam, their system does NOT work, and they would NOT return your money according to risk-free policy!!! ripoff Addison Texas
I was tempted into buying their "RISK-FREE" software and subscription service at their free workshop.
Their software does NOT work as advertised, and I have had a very "impressive" 90% loses rate! I could have had much better results by guessing without any knowledge or experience!!
I have tried to return their software during the 1 day training session that followed the sales event by 12 days or so.
Instead of returning my money (as promised) they have made me pick up a DVD set with training videos. I was promised I would be able to return everything if I still don't like the system.
Guess what - I was doing everything according to their system, and still lost money!
I have managed to contact a customer service representative and explained to him the software they have sold me does NOT work as advertised, and I would like to excersize my risk-free option to get my money back.
I was informed that when picking the DVD set (which they have practically made me do), I have signed on a form that says I got my DVDs, and it also says I am satisfied with the software. When I told them I was NOT satisfied, they said: just ignore that. we just need this proof that you got the DVDs for our own inventory management.
Now, they would stick to this document, that I was tricked into signing, saying that since I have stated I am happy with the software, I cannot return it (and get my money back).
I truly hope other people would read this post, and would not fall into the same trap!
I am still working with my credit card company, trying to get my money back!
I hope the good souls at Rip-off Report might help as well by contacting those crooks...
