Global Tel Link doesnt want to put money on a pre-paid phone account, been a month since i sent a money order Denver Colorado
i sent a postal money order to global tel link a month ago, since then, i have faxed them copies of my customer receipt 5 times. the money order was for $150.00 so that my husband could call home from Noble to talk to his family.Since then we have sent a $50.00 money order to them by certified mail, they say that havent received either one yet.
Everytime i call them they give me different reasons. So then i used a credit card to put money on the account, he was able to get through then, them calls were paid for, but when i got my phone bill, they tried to charge me for those calls, after they were already paid for with a credit card.
I would like to know what happened to my other two money orders. Thats $200.00 for a pre-paid account that know one seems to know where its at. My phone company says that they are filing papers against them for trying to charge me twice for something that is already paid for.
