Lenny and his staff are smooth!!!  They promise "in stock" items, then charge your credit card.

After waiting patiently, you try to contact them with no response.

They will not answer emails or the phone.

Lenny Magill runs this fly-by night operation from a single phone 800 number.

How many reputable businesses don't have a local number?

To appease you, he will send what ever he has in old stock and then want to charge you return shipping for the wrong items.  Remember, he now has your credit card number.

He will send an initial email stating all is in stock, as he did with me, and will be sent out right away.

These are lies!

It is one thing to not receive a magazine or part, but FireArms are supposed to be sent to a FFL in two days.

NO item should be charged before it is ready for shipment (common business practice).

Lenny Deals in CASH, not Customer support.

More than 30 Days have passed.  My account was charged and payed in full.  Still NO GUN, email, or phone call.

Lenny promised it was in stock and would be sent out immediately!!  MORE Lies!!

I have had to call local San Diego ATF Supervisor, California Dept. of Justice and my credit card company.

My money is being credited as I am writing this.

AVOID Lenny-- AVOID GLOCKstore.com-- AVOID this NIGHTMARE-- AVOID these CROOKS!!!!!

Go back and read the rules-of-rebuttal.  You have NO personal knowledge of my exchange with Lenny. Sit back down on your face and enjoy the darkness you live in. Lenny made me a verbal promise on the phone and confirmed in an email the the gun was IN-Stock and WOULD be sent immediately.

Had he said it would be an unknown time or 30 days that would have been understood. You also do not charge a customer till shipment is being made-- unless your fly-by-nite company must use the customer's MONEY to buy you stock! WHAT part of that ENGLISH don't YOU understand.

Also, Read the other reports, if you can do the simple math-- IT all adds up to NO-Customer Service, lies, and deceit. You're fired from the human race so you and Lenny can walk off into the Cali sun together holding your OBAMA Finger Licking HANDS!!

With guns out of stock for months at a time, because the government bought a few billion dollars worth among millions of people in America preparing for what's coming, you shouldn't throw such a fit. They do not say everything is in stock. That is your inflated assumption among calling others a lier but you are the lier (do you like Obama). Plenty of places don't have a local number, especially if they are nation wide.

You must be more aware of the world, but if you are not, You are the selfish attitude that wrong with this world. Have some more respect and common sense to understand that The Glock Store will come through with your order. I have put in Several orders and All have come through just fine, they took a while of course, but they come through as they receive more in stock, in the order of purchase. Glock Store is a great company I'm happy to do business with because they are good for their word. Grow a pair.
