Placed an order on 02/13/2013 and received a confirmation email. My credit card was charged on 02/19/2013. After calling their customer service number several times and no one answering the phone I sent an email to cancel order on 02/25/2013, 2/28/2013, and 03/01/2013. Still no response from this tool. This is 03/03/2013 still no response. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I wish I had did a little research on this con man; I would not have ever ordered from these idiots.
