Hey.You wrote that you purchased a house 5 yrs ago and found out there was not a clear title. That is what I am dealing with now. Homecomings did not pull a complete title search on my property and does not even have a title commitment. I did an adjustable rate note 4 yrs ago thinking I would refinance after the 3 years (never knew of the liens on my property)but I found out at closing this year about3 liens on my property (from my brother in law, not even mine) and so now I can not refinance nor sell my home. I am just interested in how you handled that and if you have anything that could help us. I truely hope your mess with your mortgage company works out. Please respond. Thanks

You probally live high on the hog. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you agree a full payment is better than none. Besides our payment is not 30 days untill the 24th of the month and that is the point. another point is they offer to help with payment options to help and then do not help. I have been asking for a workout kit for 2 months and still have not received it. late fees do not help either and they will not accept payment unless late fee is included, but of course they did last month along with taking 200.00 payments each week. where exactly is your sensitivity toward a person in a hard position. there is no need to be hateful and rude to someone trying to help others not to be mixed up with this company. I also think it is sad that they try to offer us insurance through their company when they are being so terrible about a mortgage payment. I do not care who you are, everyone has a hurtful time and eventually you will get yours. When you do I hope you have people to lean on. I will surely ppay for you. About 5 years ago, we bought a home and lived there for 9 months to find out that the title was not cleared and yes we payed for title of insurance, we had no money for an attorney therefore we lost our home. I will be damned if I am going to let another company screw us again....I also found out from an attorney that your house has to be 3 months behind before foreclosure can take place in the state of indiana...We are not asking for any special skip a pay or anything, but you could be a little more considerate and work with your clients. It is about business.Don't you think if people referred others to you you would have a better business.Use alittle common sense PLEASE!!!!!!!

I feel badly for your families situation. However, any lender/bank is a business and has a right to expect full payment in a timely manner. Why should they accept " whatever you are able to send" you are responsible to provide for your family. If you have equity in the home and can not afford the payments I suggest you put your home up for sale.
