Alicia, she was probably fired for being illiterate and with a complete lack of verbage (which is clear because her comment made absolutely no sense). The best thing I can advise you to do is obtain a copy of your contract stating there were no pre payment penalties on early lease termination and send that to the credit departments. You could also look into filling a suit against them if you have substantial documents to prove the agreements between you and GMAC. Gmac has a horrible reputation for all kinds of acts like this, especially for mortgages.

For an ex-employee of GMAC - you seem to think you should be spouting your garbage to people with VALID COMPLAINTS. As I stated in a previous rebuttal - you were fired right? Why are you defending them? Oh wait- I know - you probably got fired for ripping off their customers. You were probably responisible for this in the first place. Get a life - you do not work for them anymore and have no business commenting on these issues
