Their staff was not friendly at all,I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless.15.00 copay for test results or a refill!! They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They dont care about you and make you pay 15.00 to get a refill for real? that is highway robbery what a way to milk the insurance companies. I will tell everyone I know to never go there again I am switching doctors the staff is so unfriendly and they act like they are better than everyone the staff has no respect. They get appointments wrong and they try to turn the tables on you to make it out like you missed your appointment when they placed it in the system wrong for example a girl I was dealing with one day was so frustrated at the manager for chatting and not picking up incoming calls from patients she was telling her co-worker at the front window next to her not to answer she even said to my husband and I "I'm so frustrated, I am going to see how long it takes for them to answer the phone" I'm like I hope they don't do that when I call! I called to have a script filled yesterday and they said I never called in yesterday I have proof on my phone. They never call you back when they say they will. I had to call back in today to get my script filled and they now say oh well maybe we can call half of it in. Okay well its 9 freaking pills are you serious?? I am so over this place and the doctors tell you oh "google your symptoms I fainted at a restaurant and went to them the next day after leaving the hospital this was 6/5/12 the doctor tells me "google the symptoms" I paid 15.00 for that really? I didn't go to med school you did!!!My mom was there with me and she was outraged as I was as well. This place needs investigating I think its ridiculous how they treat their customers. I am on high blood pressure meds and just typing this is causing me emotional distress Please someone take care of this situation.
