Isaac Moreno and GMX geomarketingexperts.com failed to provide any mortgage leads after entering into a contract with us even with a 100% refund option. We have requested mulitple times for our refund, but him and his company have not or will not respond via email, phone, or fax.

I was also ripped off by this company. I was in contact with Tim Nelson and Christine Green. I feel so stupid to have sent them a check for almost $1000. Is anyone working with an attorney on this? I'd love to be a part of that if anyone has any contact info for one.

MORTGAGE FRAUD Lender Paid over $500,000 fines and restitution

This company was operating illegally. The owner of the company was BANNED from the mortgage industry for LIFE and was ordered to Pay over $500,000 fines and restitution for MORTGAGE FRAUD AND FOR RIPPING OFF MORTGAGE CONSUMERS. We canceled their agreement as soon as HUD and DFI contacted us. As directed we froze everything for the future disciplinary proceedings by the mortgage authorities.
