We understand that when calling and cancelling your autoship program you believed that you would not be billed for anything further. Calling and cancelling your autoship does not cancel the charge scheduled for the trial bottles if they are kept past the trial period. You were advised by our representatives that you would be reimbursed within 48 hours once your product is received back. All of the representatives at our company understand how the trial offers work and that this is not a free sample offer. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding of this offer, if we can offer further resolution for your order feel free to contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670. Thank you, Supervisor

On the same day that I filed this report, I sent a report to the Oregon Attorney Generals office and the Colorado Attorney Generals Office. I will also be sending an email to the local TV stations in Portland, Oregon for a bit of help from the consumer fraud sections of the TV stations websites. I'm tired of Americans ripping off Americans. I will also be sending the city of Arvada a few notes also. It is a real city, I checked. Even if the Terms and Conditions state the obvious and we didn't read the fine print; that is no justification to continue to take money out of our bank accounts (especially when cancelled and we have our "Return Authorization Code", and sent the product back) for the boss to get rich! I have read most of the reports on here and some are really bad, I hope to represent all of you with my reporting. I have yet to see and update with GNS that is a good outcome. The company rep I spoke with said, "Once the product is returned, you should receive your money back into your account within 48 hours!" That is verbatim.
