This company told me I would have a 21 day free trial, within 14 days they charged my CC. I called and cancelled and they continue to send me bottles of there Acai Berry Edge.

I called twice the first time I was on hold for over 20 miuntes the second time for over 40 minutes. You must contact your credit card company and tell the to no longer allow this company to charge your card. Some cards may require you to cancel the card you have and get a new number. I am filing a complaint with the Secretary of State of Colorado and Bureau of Consumer Affairs.

A total rip off. Check out the internet before you buy any product on line, no matter how much it is advertised.

The offer you ordered from is advertised as a free trial for our product called Acai Berry Edge we explain that if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can call us to return the unused portion of your products. If we receive the trial order returned to us within the trial period you are not billed for the products. If you keep the products past the trial period then you are charged $79.90 for the two bottles kept this charge is not for any additional shipments. Additionally, we do provide you with 30 days from the date of purchase in which you can still return your trial products for a refund. Included with this offer is an autoship program which begins 45 days after the date your order is placed. Every 45 days another shipment is sent out for a discounted price of $69.90 and with free shipping. Many of our customers are satisfied with our product and find this service to be a benefit to themthey save $10 off of future orders and their supply is automatically replenished so they would not have to call us to reorder. We provide adequate time in which we can be contacted to cancel should a customer desire to do so. Anytime a customer contacts us to cancel further shipments we provide them with a cancellation number, you can call us back at anytime with the cancellation number that was given to you at that time to receive a refund for the autoship order if it had processed after the time you cancelled. We understand that you were frustrated at the wait time when calling our companywe want to sincerely apologize for this issue which has been resolved.
