I was completing surveys on-line when the offer for Slim Seduction came up. I thought i would try it since it was only shipping cost for the trial period. I did undertsnad that if i did not respond before the end of the tril, i would be billed.

After i got my trial, i could not find a website to go to or number to call to end the trial. The websites were all just " news" and chances to order more product. So when i got billed for the trial, i wrote it off to stupidity on my part.

Today i got another shipment and on the order it said that i had a "club membership" and had autoship. So although my satisfaction was not met ( like it says they guarantee or you can get your money back), I cannot get a refund only an exchange.

I called and they were very rude and just starting quoting things from some agreement i do not even remember seeing or if i did apparently there is so much fine print you don't understand what it is saying. I did not know that agreeing to a trial meant you were joining a "drug" club and I most definitely would not have asked for autoship for something that i had never tried before. I have tried several times to go on the website and it's always "under" construction" when i tried or the page could not be displayed

This whole situtation is ridiculous

We ask that our customers review this information prior to checking the box accepting them. With your trial offer we explain that you would be billed after the trial period ends. Additionally, we do provide you with a total of 30 days from the date of purchase to return your initial order for a refund if you are unsatisfied. Our trial offer also comes with an autoship program which can be cancelled at anytime should you decide to do so. We present all of the information to not just on the order page, but also in the order confirmation page, in the order confirmation email, and on your order invoice included with your trial shipment. This information is provided multiple times, and we apologize that this was missed. We also provide our contact information not just on the website you ordered from, this is also provided on your order invoice included with your trial shipmentwe also provide our telephone number on the bottles you received. We can be reached either by email or by our 1-800 number. We also included our return policy which explains that autoship orders are eligible for an exchange credit of 150% of the product value.
