Go Green Remodeling scam job Woodland Hills California
I hired Go Green Remodeling to put in wrought iron fencing around the yard. Within a few months it started to rust and the paint peeled off in many areas. The three latches have never worked.
I have called repeatedly over the past five months to try and get someone to address this. They either don't call me back or tell me they will give it to a "supervisor" to handle. 90% of the time their phones are down, or no one answers. This company swore up and down that they have excellent customer service and will guarantee all of their work. They company turns out to be nothing more than a calling center that sends random unvetted workers to do the work, takes the commission and then wipes their hands of any responsibility. A total waste of $4000!
