Ah yes, another customer that probably wasn't paying attention and only heard what he wanted to hear. ANY INSURANCE has a deductible. Maybe this wasn't correctly explained to this customer but there are plenty that freak out when asked to pay the deductible and claimed they've been "ripped off" and "scammed" because of it. Be aware of what you're buying, ask questions if you aren't paying attention or aren't 100% clear. I myself have had customers freak out and claim I said an insurance replacement would be free when I know for sure I clearly explained the deductible price and process upfront. It boggles my mind. Protect cell is a really reputable company that works with multiple cell providers. Do your research.
