GOAT shoes GOAT GOAT sent me damaged shoes that were supposed to be new. They also charged me for a pair of shoes I never ordered. Culver City California

I bought shoes through their GOAT app only to recieve a pair that were damaged. I have picutres of the shoes (see below) when they were opened on Christmas day. Order# 41243411
And then I was charged for a pair of shoes I never even ordered. Order# 81344145
I want to be refunded all the money I was charged and I want to send back Order# 41243411 - I will not accept Order# 81344145 They will be denied at my residence when they try to deliver them.
I have tried many times in the last 72 hours to get in contact with someone at GOAT and have had absolutley zero response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these CROOKS!
