I purchased a package for an online crowdfunding campaign. I paid in advance $289. After some months we decided to use a different route and moved to a new city. We lost track of things for obvious reasons. I recently foundthe receipt clearly out old emails. I nicely requested a refund. I paid for services I did not receive. In my initial conversation with Dustin, there was absolutely no mention of this being a deposit or non refundable. So now one year and seven months later I asked for a refund. I was immediately insulted and mocked for thinking I am even entitled to my money back. I was told you snooze you lose! These people know nothing about real customer service. Avoid them at all costs. Buyer beware. I am filing several complaints with the CA state's attorney's office and there credibility associations. I recommend anyone else who has been taken advantage of by these scammers do the same.
