I find it highly suspicious that this rebuttal by NMJUICE/Mr. Hubcap is accurate and true. Why, if they are already a satisfied customer, would they do a google search to find this complaint report? People only find this report by doing a search on this company to find out it's reputation. So, if he is already a happy customer, why would he do that? This is obviously a fake rebuttal, or one made by the company owner or one of it's employees to improve their reputation. However, to be fair, I will respond to the rebuttal as if it is real:
Did it ever occur to you Sir that maybe the reason you were treated so well was because, as you stated, you have purchased over 50 pairs of sunglasses, and not because they give overall good customer service? Most consumers don't purchase 50 pairs of ANYTHING, so you in fact were not a regular consumer, you were a business account, which means you will get preferential treatment.
Most of us regular consumers out here want to know how they treat the everyday buyer, and not a business client purchasing over 50 pairs of sunglasses. This company had every incentive to give you better treatment than say, a consumer only purchasing 3 pairs glasses.
The fact that the original complaint filer had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General's office, which are very time consuming things to do, shows just how badly they were treated by the Goggles & Glasses company.
That's enough for me not to risk losing my hard earned money purchasing anything from them, when there are plenty of other companies fighting for my cash & offering great customer service.

IT'S TO BE KNOWN BY ALL THAT READ THE ABOVE POST's REGARDING GOGGLES AN GLASSES- I HAVE DONE A FAIR AMOUNT OF BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WHAT THESE FOLKS HAVE- IN FACT JUST THE OPPOSITE! WE WEAR SUNGLASSES 24/7 HERE IN THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT, AND THERE FOR WE GO THRU SUNGLASSES LIKE CRAZY. I DARE SAY THAT I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 50 PAIR OF GLASSES FOR GIFTS DURING THE HOLIDAYS, BIRTHDAYS, AND SAVED A TON- HAD ONE PAIR THAT WERE IN QUESTION AND WHEN I CALLED I RECEIVED 2 FREE PAIR FOR MY TROUBLE! THEY EVEN PAID THE FREIGHT, SO THESE 2 WHINNY BUTT's NEED TO DO THEIR BIZ SOME WHERE ELSE. HECK, NOTICE HOW THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MOST MENIAL OF TRIVIAL ISSUES. THEY SOUND LIKE THE GRANOLA NUT TREE HUGGING LIBERALS THAT RUN RAMPID HERE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SOCIETY AS ALL THAT THEY WANT TO DO IS b***h AND COMPLAIN AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY JUST TO BE HEARD...
