I purchased a minibike from GoKartsUSA on 2/6/12.  It shipped on 2/8/12 according to the website.  It is now 2/24/12 and the bike has not arrived nor have I gotten a call from the freight company to alert me of a tentative delivery date.  I have sent numerous emails without a single reply.  Every phone call is unanswered by their automated system, or I am just redirected to the website to contact customer service via email, which I have already done.  When I WAS able to get a human on the phone there, they told me on at least 2 occasions that they couldnt find the tracking number.  It is ridiculous to spend $1000 and up on an item (that requires special freight shipping) and be told, Sorry, no tracking information is provided.  Thankfully I was able to file a dispute with the credit card company and will hopefully get my money back.  I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am not sure why Jessica the CSR keeps posting incorrect information on my complaints. Here are the FACTS: I called and emailed multiple times about the bike I ordered. When I did get a person on the phone I got the run around about my order. I was told multiple times it had shipped when in fact it had not. Finally weeks after placing my order and being unable to get accurate information from this 'company' I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. This got their attention. The manager/owner was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone after I filed the dispute. 

Bottom line: I never received ANY item from this company much less a "minibike kit" as Jessica claims. I had to dispute the charge to get a refund. I stand by my statement that everyone should stay far away from this company and their products. 

Interesting that Jessica can claim I received a minibike kit based only on what she has read on my online complaints. No name or order # has been posted. 

AVOID GOKARTS USA!
