I'm not sure what is more comical......this vendor taking 5 years to respond or that they're still in business. I stand by my original complaint and the vendor's rebuttal is nothing more than free advertising.

My name is Nick with Golarts USA. Even though this complaint is very old I wanted to respond to it. the customer definitely sounds a little frustrated . We know go carts and minibikes require substantial support to uncrate set up and operates and toys do break from time to time . The customer actually did receive the correct gokart. We have an extensive customer service system set up to provide support to our customers plus we carry over 11,000 parts in stock in our warehouse ready to ship Powersports is number one for us we are the oldest and largest Powersports company in the USA .
