I purchased a Dell laptop PA-12 ac power supply on Dec 30, 2009. When I recieved it I found it did not work properly. I followed the web sites instructions to get a RMA to exchange it, but they never responded. I then place many phone calls and left messages to call me back to discuss my problem, all calls went unreturned, numerous e-mails also went unanswered. After about 2 weeks I recieved a e-mail from the company asking me the nature of my problem, I already did this many times when I followed the directions to get an RMA, plus numerous e-mails. I returned their e-mail with my problem and told them I would except an exchange, but never heard from them again. I've sent numerous more e-mails and phone calls with no response. I paid with my Amex card, so I notified Amex to dispute the payment to them. I also filed a claim with the BBB. Nothing drives me more crazy then a company not responding to your inquiries. Stay away from this place.
