Contract calls for two bathroom and a non refundable deposit, customer agreed and signed contract.
Customer canceled one bathroom, which is a breach.
Price quoted was at discount based on two bathrooms.
We are happy to do the work and complete all work, based on the signed contract and for the amount agreed upon.

Two bathrooms originally included in contract for a remodel. Contacted Kohn and said we wanted only 1 bathroom remodeled. Amount per contract is $6800. Since we already gave $7000 as deposit, the remodel amount is paid for. Kohn said the jobs were severely discounted and to do work on the one bathroom, the amount would now be $9500.00. There is no mention of a discount rate on contract and nothing was mentioned in person. We then said we will proceed with both bathrooms remodeled. He said no, that now we have to pay the full amount of the job, $12700 up front. Per original contract, terms are 50% up front, 25% halfway, 25% upon completion. He said because we tried to change the contract to one bathroom (even before any work was done), he wanted the full amount prior to work being done. That was NOT in the original contract and we did NOT agree to his new terms. We demanded he honor the contract, and he said to call his attorney. So he has kept the $7000 and no work was ever done.
