Golden Circle Distribution ,Kirby in The Riverbend Plaza. Rips thier representatives off. BEWARE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND IN THE "ACCOUNT" BOOK. Southington Connecticut
This is gona break this crap down for annyone interested in working for this company.
First off they lie to get you into the office,ITS DOOR TO DOOR SALES, SELLING VERY EXPENSIVE VACUMS.
1. The distributors pay about $300-$350 a vacum. considering they are sold to the public by way of a false promise of a free cleaning at a starting price of $1,995, this is disgusting. 1,995, some reps say they cost 2,400. So by the time they do these (sometimes fake) "Phone calls to get a better deal" the price has plumetted to 995!, no! wait! 800! ...and then...700! wow what a deal!
so basically after its all said and done, after the salesperson has high pressure sold you after the "price drop", most of the time, its the distributor who benefits.
no one else.
2.It gets better. So assuming you have high pressure sold the unsuspecting consumer, you have to call in anny financing to United consumer ( byer for the contract), and if the consumers credit isnt a 700 or better and isnt "over extended" its labeled a b (sub) loan, sometimes they call it a krp (kirby replacement program) wich is a scam, you see sales people dont get paid on those, only the DISTRIBUTOR do.hmmmm...interesting. i wonder who the bigger sucker is the consumer or the brainwashed moron doing all the leg work for the sneaky, scamming little mongers back at the office.
3.A WARNING FOR ANNY SALESPEOPLE:
watch youre so called "account" that the distributor and the sales manager write in to so called keep track of youre account charges, i have heard on more than one occasion of reps quiting because they expect a descent check one week and they get 1/3 of expected pay due to "Account ballances" for stuff like bags, buffers,etc.. some charges have NO DESCRITPION AT ALL!.
SOMETIMES YOU FIND OUT A SALE YOU MADE CANCELED A WEEK EARLIER AND YOU DONT FIND OUT TILL YOU GET YOURE CHECK.I HAVE CALLED BACK CUSTOMERS TO ASK HOW THEY WERE DOING AND WHY THEY CANCELLED, AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY IN FACT STILL HAD THE VACUM......
DO YOURESELF A FAVOR, IF YOURE IN, GET OUT, IF YOURE OUT STAY OUT OF GOLDEN CIRCLE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.IN FACT DONT BUY INTO KIRBY AT ALL,YOU WILL END UP BROKE, WITHOUT A CAR (AFTER YOU BEAT IT TO HECK, WICH YOU WILL!),AND A BAD TASTE IN YOURE MOUTH.

Priced like a used car with payments almost as high. At $1300.00 to $2400.00 Kirby is making a ton of money and is also taking advantage of people you really can't afford one or just say no. The State of Connecticut is investigating the unfair sales tactics now. I found my Kirby Sentria at (((Redacted))) for less than 25% of what i would have paided to the Kirby door to door person. I even got the shampooer and extra bags included and it looks like new.
