Golden Nugget Casino No water or toilet for 8 hours--Ruined our Anniversary vacation Las Vegas Nevada
My wife and I stayed at the Golden Nugget from April 30 to May 4. On the 3rd water quit along with showers for nearly the entire day. We were on the 21st floor and had to go to (you guessed it) the casino to use the bathrooms the entire day. We called every half hour and were transferred ad nauseum and lied to that it would be fixed very soon. We tried to get a credit on our room and they said they would except that we booked through Orbitz so we get nothing and they could not have been more rude.
We would appreciate being contacted by management at our home as we are frequent visitors to Vegas and unless this is fixed we will not only never stay there but inforn all our many friends who visit there NOT TO STAY at the Golden Nugget. We also had several cheap meaningless items stolen which although cheap and replaceable are so expensive to the reputation of a hotel living on their reputation.

My sons name is Mike and mine is Tim smart a*s. Our anniversary was the day the water was off including the showers which indeed did spoil our evening and our anniversary event was an Elton John concert which going to without showers was not pleasant although I don't expect a pig like you to appreciate cleanliness, let alone having to go 21 floors all day to the bathrooms. What makes a tool like you get in the middle of a legitimate complaint that was handled irresponsibly? You are the one that needs to get a life... the nature of this site is for victims of companys that have robbed them of theirs. Probably work for Golden Nugget cleaning toilets. Go haunt someone else TOOL.

A few hours without water didn't ruin a four-day vacation. Don't be so overdramatic. You should be more concerned with your inability of not being able to determine if your name is Mike or Tim.
