To Management, 

 

I already have contacted my bank and card issuer and have already filed a claim for what boils down to extortion by The merchant and crooked GN online casino who refuses to reimburse me the $373 in debits that have posted to my account plus $32 that also posted to my mastercard account. We have the right to dispute unusual events and obvious malicious software and game glitches that occur which resulted in the extortion of $373 + $32 in a previous email I already sent and stated to you. It's between me, my card issuing bank and t ge payment processir sightline payments.  I will NOT allow anyone to cleverly steal from me. The bank and card issuer is already in the process of issuing me a credit for the $373. 

 

 

I plan to file a formal complaint against GN as they should be investigated for fraudulent practices and malicious software and continuous connection issues that in my opinion affect FAIR play and LEGIT outcomes when disconnected and other malfunctions occur. You should LOSE your GAMING LICENSE and be AUDITED AND GO THROUGH A RIGOROUS INVESTIGATION FOR WHITE COLLAR FRAUD. NOT UNUSAL AT ALL TODAY.

 

 

PS. I also want my $32 back as well that was also debited from my reloadable mastercard that is registered you CROOKS!
