On March 20  2018, I ordered (online) a case of Castaldo Mold Rubber Sheets for my professional jewelry business. this product has a shelf-life of 1 year...(*PER THE MANUFACTURER-whom I called directly...& of whom I spoke to the owner directly). Goldia drop-shipped through their "thousands of SKU outlets". a 10 lb. box of mold rubber which was manufactured 12 YEARS AGO. useless. expired. their "thousands" of vendors' included "QUALITY GOLD" understand: THIS PRODUCT THAT I PAID A HUNDRED BUCKS FOR, EXPRIED FOR USEAGE 11 YEARS AGO.

The owner of GOLDIA, Mustafa Ulu compltely disgarded my position. never took responsibility. ultimately, he sent a USPS return shipping label. he has yet to refund my hard-earned 100.00$.

CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY. they regularly scam and exhibit a rather shameful business practise of buck-passing & violating basic, legal business codes. A shelf-life is a shelf-life. and this is called theft.

Customer is always right? Hmmm. I had to first return the 10 year old product...and then wait for a week to receive a refund.

A 10 year old product sent to me with a 1-year shelf-life is a complete waste of my time. If "the customer is always right"...they should have sent me a replacement product within the manufacturer's standard of a 1-year shelf-life. Period. My money should not have been held up for a week. Period. I should not have had to spend multiple phone calls trying to get my money back. Period. I should not have had to drive to a shipping facility to re-ship out 10 year old product. Period.

This may be their way of doing business. But it is not mine.

The customer is definitely RIGHT in this case.

Yes, we shipped an expired item due to a system failure. However, customer's claim about denial to return or failure to refund their payments is not accurate.

We advised them with out return address and refunded their payment. They can feel free to contact us anytime.

Here is the RESPONSE Goldia gave me about their selling me a product more than a decade past it's 1 year shelf-life....they have yet to refund my money...this was sent to me on Sunday 4/01/18...I'm still waiting for my 100.00 refund...the owner of GOLDIA does not want me calling QUALITY GOLD anymore....

QUALITY GOLD is the supplier that actually sent me the expired product....GOLDIA is the online presence that advertised said product (and took my money)...

I contacted QUALITY GOLD because GOLDIA does not respond to calls, nor do they respond promptly to emails...(NOR DO THEY PROMPTLY REFUND MONEY FOR SELLING IN THEIR OWN WORDS..."AN EXPIRED PRODUCT")...if a person wished to peruse the BBB complaints about this company...one would easily see that this is a regular complaint about GOLDIA...

 

They have made their problems...my problems. I merely wanted mold rubber.

Your package has been in the mail for days. Your provided shipping label comes with a tracking number . Please check your tracking rather than putting that responsibility on me. Too much of my time ,energy as well as money has been wasted on this folly already.

Please refund my $99.99 immediately !
