GonnaLuvIt.com RIP-OFF! Took my money, never sent merchandise, no phone number on website, doesn't respond to ANY kind of attempt to contact Diamond Bar Internet
Back in July 2008, I place an online order for three jewelry items, I paid by credit card. This company wasted no time in taking my payment and as of today Jan. 30, 2009 I still haven't received all of the merchandise I paid for.
I made numerous attempts to contact this company via email and never got any kind of response. I also discovered, after I paid them, that they had absolutely no contact phone number anywhere on the website. A mistake I won't ever make again when ordering from any online company again, I will verify the phone number before they get a dime from me.
I did finally receive part of my order. I sent quite a few emails inquiring as to the rest of my order. Never got a response.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Calif, and they never got a response either.
