I had just renewed my membership for the second year and needed my vehicle towed five miles, and since their repair facility was six miles away I choose to tow it home (which is allowed). This was my third tow in two years and shortly after this I received a letter from 'Good Sam' stating I had been cancelled because their 'statistics' showed I wasn't right for their company? Now their 'Policy' allows for "unlimited towing" and covers "all family members" as well as, "all vehicles" owned by the member. It also allows you to be towed to their nearest repair facility or to your home if it's the same distance or less free of charge! If your home is further you simply pay the towing amount difference. What we have here is simply 'Fraud'! They lie to get you to join and then will drop you at an instatnt! Their customer service are untrined, impolite, and lax! One tow took them hours to get to my vehicle! STAY AWAY! GO (((REDACTED)))! Much better service with (((REDACTED)))! Dave NJ
