DO NOT MISTAKE WHAT THIS COMPANY SELLS AS SOFTWARE!!!!
This company tells you it will provide you a business plan and they do... but do not mistake the product as a software program with executable files that work like software...IT DOES NOT. They are careful to not say it is software, but if you take the time to call them...they will tell you verbally that it is SIMILAR to BusinessPlanPro and makes you think what you are getting is software because Dave says I can send you the documents by email or a cd to download on your computer...then when you get them you find out it takes Microsoft Office software to make the documents he sent work.
He does not tell you when purchasing that you need this software, which makes you believe what he is sending you is executable files and software that this company has created for you to build a business plan. This company conveniently forgets to mention other software is needed by Microsoft for his documents to function...they are only documents put together in this hap hazard format that you have to copy into one file and hope that it all prints out right.... They careful to disclose on their website they are not software but calling them they "imply" verbally that it is similar to Business Plan Pro...DO NOT BE FOOLED IT IS NOTHING CLOSE TO IT. This product is nothing more than Microsoft and Excel documents with fill in the blanks forma and a lot of work to get thet end results...the claim it can be done in a weekend is not applicable for most consumers..that is for experienced computer geeks to accomplish that task.
A lot of Italics that need to be highlighted and removed in his text if it doesn't apply to you specifically...
$195 is a RIPOFF for this product.

Although I haven't bought anything from Good To Go Business Plans, I did check out their site because I've been considering them for a long-time. It clearly outlines in the FAQ's the following: In order to complete your Good-To-Go business plan you will need a computer with Windows 95 or higher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, a CD ROM drive and either a disk or enough memory to save the business plan on your computer. If anyone is serious about starting a business, at the very least they have these business tools (MS Office). Even if someone doesn't have these tools they can open, edit and create MS Word documents with Open Office which is free and completely compatible. I'm not sure how you could miss this, it sounds like you didn't do your homework before buying. If you're consulting a business plan company they are creating the product for you or doing the groundwork. They are not providing you with software, they are providing you with documents to edit.
