If your Daikin Air Conditioner breaks again and again, you might call Daikin Customer Support. You'll be told that Daikin does nothing for customers and that you must call the distributor who sold the equipment. That distributor is Goodman Distribution, in our case. So you call Goodman, and oops, you can't call them because they do not talk to, or listen to, customers.
So, you bought a LEMON. They don't care and they won't look at it, they say they only talk to repair professionals. This is a shell game. A dodge. An outright abuse of customers and collusion between Daikin and Goodman. If you buy a Daikin unit from Goodman, you'll soon get screwed.
