I took my car to GoodYear and they checked my car and fixed some of the problems and a few weeks later I had to return the car because my engine light came on. THey told to bring it in and they would chareg the diagnostic fee again if there was a different problem. Well, of course there was I need a Co2 up switch stremer. This is something that should have been fixed the first time but the guy wipe out the sensory board in my car and claimed that it didn't show up. Prior to this I knew about that problem. Anyway, I paid the fees fro diagnostic check again.

After that I had them to check out other problems and they told me that I needed a valve cover gaskets and belts. They wanted over $500.00 for these things. I decided to get a second opinion and to my surprise I found out that all I needed was a PCV valve and alternator belts and one of my wheels were rubbing against my tire in the rear and it only needed a bolt screw this cost me about 313.04. So, my point is that I trusted the mechanics over at GoodYear and I feel that they are cheating people who apply for their credit accounts with phony diagnostic overage charges. I'm college student an my mother open that account to help me keep my car on the road. I expect quality care and service but GoodYear taught me not to trust any company and always get a second opinion.
