Google Cash - Google Mailer Google-Ripoff report!! Las Vegas Nevada *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
I just want to say to all of the people out there that I understand the embarrassment and "I wish I knew better" scenarios about this Google product. I fell for it too. They charged me $1.95 and I never received the information they stated that they were going to promise me by mail. Two weeks later I discover a $81.35 charge on my card and I was very upset like you.
I called them up on the phone number provided to me on my bank statement and I got no where with the guy I talked to. He stated that it was "non-refundable" and he could cancel my membership. Ha! I told him what was the point if I was going to cancel my card. I told him " I bet you guys make a lot of money? I also said I hope he enjoys his job." I asked for their address and it is 5348 Vegas Drive Suite 866 Las Vegas, NV 89108. Here is their number if you would like to talk to them as well. 866-699-8440. I hope you can get your money back like I am in the process of doing. I am going to great lengths to get these people in trouble.
Don't be embarrassed. There are so many out there that are getting scammed and it won't stop. Just shop local, even if it is for jobs. They are preying on the week and especially at a time of this recession. We are desperate and so are they. We just need to report this to the BBB and our local Attorney General's office and our local news station. They need to be stopped.
The more that complain, something has to give. Cancel your cards, warn our friendly neighbors about this, even though it may be embarrassing. Trust me I am embarrassed. We just don't want to fund these people any longer.
I am just upset to cancel my card and having to be without one for a week or two. I just hope people reach this site in time before they get scammed too.
