*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

Firstly, I signed up with the company 4/30/09 and was automatically signed into 2 other programs. I read the terms and conditions of programs so, i immediately canceled one. Which is the Grant springs! So i called and canceled the Grant springs not problem.

The first rep I spoke with to cancel the safe fraud/google treasure chest told me that the google treasure chest and safe fraud were the related and if I canceled one I would lose access to both. I didn't receive my information for login on the day I signed up, so he suggested that I wait until I reviewed what the website had to offer prior to canceling the program. I figured that makes sense, because what was the point of signing up if I do not take advantage of what the website has to offer.

I receive the my log in information 3 days after I sign up. I at this point have 10 days to cancel. I cancel my account on 5/13/09 which is the 10th day, I specifically asked the representative with whom I spoke if the canceling would prevent me from receiving the charge he stated yes.

I explained that now was not a good time for me to pay this because I could not afford it, but I thought that the material within the website was of good quality and got my ID number so that I could return at a later date and sign up and pay the $72.21.

So today I check my bank account to find that the website has charged me. I call to dispute the charges with the company only to find out that they apologize for the charge and that the reimbursement would appear within my account in 7 - 10 business days. I don't understand why I would have to wait 7 - 10 business days to wait for funds that should not have been taken from my account. I work for an internet company and I know how legitmate business works. This is not legitimate.

I request that they fax statement to my bank with requested information from my bank stating that the charge has been refunded. They refused to do so stating that they are not allowed to fax. What kind of company is not allowed to fax to ensure that their customers are happy. I have faxed numerous letters of this type to banks for out clients for various situation. I hate companies like this one that try to screw people over.
