We had a great experience with Robert and his company GSM.com, after a lot of research we found there price to be much less than any where else.
We ordered a new Pride Victory 10 3 wheel in blue and received it fast, from Dallas to Northern VA in 5 days, UPS damaged one of the wheels by ramming the box with a fork lift and Robert had a new wheel sent to us pronto and he is taking care of the claim with UPS, totally outstanding service.
We initially bought an Active Care scooter online from someone else at first but cancelled it at the end of the day we ordered it because they lied to us about the weight capacity that the manufacturer verified, this other company charged me $150 restocking fee which we were not able to recover, that is a ripoff to charge $150 to put it back in the warehouse.

This customer ordered a product at the lowest price possible and then after our 15 day policy demanded that we take it back after the father died. She used this as an excuse to get all her money back to make me feel sorry for her. I do not since we deal with people all the time that sit there and wait for the loved one to die so they can cash in on all the medical products that both the government supplied along with the family usually the dying person. This lady really has no clue what she is talking about nor does she come off as a saint here. She is the one that was demanding and telling us what she is going to do and demanding that we give her all her money back. What small business would do this after 15 days. Look at our terms and conditions. Yes, we have filled over 42,000 orders with no problem and except for the 2-3 % of what we call problem people. These are people in retail that are SO demanding that we just try to get rid of them as fast as possible. This is why we send them to our site to do it via email. So, we do not have to deal with a demanding customer that no matter what we do we are wrong. Even if there is many people/companies involved that have control over our order or situation. This takes away from the other 98% that are wonderful customers and really appreciate what we try to do and that is the lowest prices in the industry. Do you know that I am the owner and I elect to live in a small one bedroom apartment so that I can make sure my prices are low and give back to my community. I drive a very modest car and I do not take advantage of anyone going on 14 years know in this business. For this person to think that I would ever do this is criminal. I spent hours with this person that wanted a full refund PLUS they wanted me to ship it back on my dime. They refused to go to my website and do it like everyone else and follow the directions and now here I am on this ridiculous report to try and clear my name. I am sure this person is real good and going to places like this to make people look bad. But at the end of the day, who does it really hurt? I am proud to say that I have a history of over 42,000 happy people and this person has no history what so ever.
They sell the equipment of their loved one that passed away when it is owned by Medicare or some other insurance which is 100% illegal. It is owned by the state or this country and we get calls like this everyday with people trying to steal from our country. This is a similar situation with this person trying to get as much cash out of a hard working America like me. She should be happy that she is getting anything from us since it is past the terms and conditions. I guarantee that this person is selling other equipment owned by her dad to try and pocket the cash for other reasons. Most honest people donate it to another person of need like we do all the time. We are GoSouthernMD.com and we are the little guy for the little guy. Thanks for hearing me. Sometimes people like this just need to get yelled at so they do not act like a spoiled little brat to some other hard working company trying to help. We give the shirt off of our back if you work with us. We try to find a solution but if you do not work with us and you are wrong then we try to get rid of you as fast as we can. Life is too short to deal with people like that. :)
