I purchased a transmission for a Honda Accord 2000 with one year full warranty from this company for $1340.00. The vehicle went out without any discrepancies. About three weeks later the vehicle began having problems with the transmission. The vehicle was taken back to the transmission shop.

 The mechanic suggested to have the transmission replaced. The company was called multiple times and messages were left in their recorder for call return. Finally I made contact with them and explained the situation. They agreed to replaced the transmissinon which was under 90 days before the 90 day warranty expired.

 Now, aweek later since the last communication the company said that the warranty could not be honored because the 90 days warranty expired. I reminded them that I paid for a full year's warranty. The gentleman said that that was the decision made by another person in their department.
