GovLiquidation LLC 25% Default loop hole SCAM- No Refund wiring rip off Scottsdale Arizona
On November 18, 2008 XOdyne Corporation wired funds for 3000 Dell computers to Government Liquidation. After GovLiquidation received the first payment of $42,807.60 of a $66,000 purchase XOdyne Corporation withdrew from the sale of the computer because of poor communication with the GoLiquidation staff, rude behavior and loop holes setup to default the internet auction via an EUC End User Certificate.
We asked for a refund. The people at the business refused to wire the money back. They insisted on sending us a check as a refund by regular mail. They said the check was being processed. It has been six weeks. When we asked them to send the check to us using our FEDEX account they said NO. When we asked them to FAX us a copy of the check they issued to us they said NO. When we ask to talk to the management they said NO. When we asked to talk to the accounting department they said NO.
They are also keeping 25% of the payment for a default. We will have to sue them for that at a later date. We are owed about $28k. This is the amount they are supposed to send to us. They have not and continue to give us emails like this one.

When I call I get the run around and every excuse why the check has not been sent.
I would like the Maricopa County Sheriff to visit GovLiquidation and see if there is an actual office. They said the check had to be issued from the Department of Defense. When I called the DOD in Washington D.C. they said they were not involved with the sale. They give the computers to the GovLiquiation and they collect and handle all the money.

I'm fairly certain I've seen your complaints about this company scattered about this web site for quite some time. Have you considered stopping doing business with them? Honestly, this is your most powerful tool against unsavory businesses. Stop giving them your money and stop empowering them to give you poor service.
