GPM*MERCHANDISE DIRECT 800-3666937 NY I ordered the emery cat board, for our family pet. The price advertised was 19.95 plus 6.95 shipping and handling. I ordered one, and to my surpise the next day on my bank statement I was charged 66.3 Internet
I ordered the emery board for my kitty via the phone. The advertised price was 19.95 plus 6.95 shipping and handling. When I looked at my bank statement online, to my dismay I was charged 66.37. Of course, I called and set the record straight. The rude representative stated that I was given a second one free and I was only paying shipping. This of course was a lie, because that still did not equal to the amount I was charged. He also stated the product was already sent out and I could return it when I recieve it. I can bet money I will never recieve the product.
