I am glad to hear he is doing well. I know Melinda and talked with her about the horse. She is a very nice lady. When Grace Vaughn brought the horse for me to see he was in absolutley terrible condition. He was about 400 lbs. underweight, covered in rainrot, and with open wounds that had been left untreated. I am glad he is in a better place. He is a beautiful horse with an great disposition and a heart of gold. Dr. Randall in Byram, Mississippi on Terry Road did the x-rays for me and I looked at them as well. I would recommend that your vet try to get hold of those x-rays to look at for comparison. The horse does have knee problems. I jump and his knees would never have held up for that. You can clearly see the knot on his knee. Make sure that he will hold up for your work. He is an awesome horse that deserves a good home.

I am now the owner of this horse as i traded a quarter horse mare to Melinda Foster in exchange for him. I have had him checked out by multiple vets each x-raying his knees all said that nothing came up. I myself have looked at the x-rays. I also had a him checked out by a certified equestrian chiropractic specialist who agreed that this horse was sound to run barrels. I'm not sure how this came about but i've been assured by many vets that this horse is sound to work, and that he does.
