I'm super unhappy with their cancellation policy. I made a reservation on line several weeks in advance and when I had to unexpectedly cancel it with MORE than 48 hours notice I was billed 15% which amounted to over $100.00. I complained and was told this was their policy and they were keeping my $100.00. BE AWARE if you make a reservation online that you agree to give them 15% of your total rental if you cancel for ANY reason. This is such a ridiculous policy. How can they charge money for absolutely zero services provided. I would NEVER use them in the future !!!

Why would you accuse me of cancelling on a whim? You have no idea of my circumstances and this is the type of response I would expect from someonee that worked at Grand Adventures. What ever happened to the customer being right? Grand Adventures are only looking out for themselves and don't care about their customers.

Just because YOU dont see them doing work doesnt mean that work isnt being done. Part and parcel of that 15% is to discourage consumers like yourself from cancelling on a whim. They COULD have used that room for someone else. YOU have not been ripped off mainly because YOU AGREED to this when you made the reservation.
