Grand Bahama Cruise Line Survey followed by Free Cruise offer Palm Beach Florida Florida
Received robo call to take a robo survey Telephone number 617-356-4651. Call this number and you will get an automated message saying this number does not have a voice mail box set up. I answered the "survey" questions and "won a free cruise". I later received a call back from telephone number 800 530-6514. A real person told me I won a free cruise on Bahama Paradise Cruise line. He tried to confirm the validity of the company by giving me their web site: www.bahamasparadisecruise.com . I got to the point where he requested my credit card number and I told him to do a three way call with my credit card company. I then was transfered to his "supervisor" who asked for the customer service telephone number on the back of the card. I was told when he tried to call the number it "timed out". I then told hime I was a goverment law enforcement agent (false) and he got all defensive saying he had nothing to hide. He then hung up. If you call back the 800 530-6514 number it says you have reach Bahama Paradise Cruise line customer service and they put you on hold indefinitely. If you go to their web site and try to click on a link other than what they tell you, a "Page not Found message" is displayed by your browser (not the web site).
This is a very sophisticated fraud. They have a fake web site set up to validate their existence, the customer service number is answered by an automated system giving the fake company name etc.
