grand bahama cruise line will not honor six month time extension Palm Beach Florida
Orignal time limit was 18 months (september 1, 2015 to march 1,2017). Got 6 month extension , (march 1,2017 to september 1, 2017). Called july 2017 because wife was in hospital with serious stroke and could not take cruise. person I talked to gave me a complimentary six month extension due to my wife's health ( september 1, 2017 to march 1, 2018 ). Have tried to book trip for several weeks and I am being told my time limit has expired. they are not honoring my last 6 month extension.
