Did GCU ever fix their mistakes?

I see where yet another student has written a complaint about GCU. And of course, the support team wants you to "contact them." But their slogan tells it all: "Get your degree online faster than you think." "Financial Aid available."
Does that sound like a "quality educational experience" to you? You may have been lured into the slogan implying "easy degree," "little time." But does that really sound like the kind of degree you want in the long run? Who wants to hire someone who graduated from "Easy Slacker University Online?"
Notice that caring ex-faculty who are terminated for setting high academic standards are never invited to contact the "support team."
I am still contacted to this day by former GCU students who appreciated the fact that I actually taught them something and expected high standards.
It may be too late for this student who was promised easy street bit instead received a low quality "education" at a high price.
Think of your future when you select an online university. There are so many good ones these days. I now work for three of them! But regarding Grand Canyon University Online: Would you really want to tell your future employer that you graduated from an online university that was sued by the Department of Education for financial aid fraud?
