First we went to the check in center in Ft. Lauderdale where we were told we were staying at the Ramada, but couldn't have our two cruise vouchers until after I went to a sales presentation. We checked into the Ramada, was first sent to the wrong room. It was occupied, but the key worked. Had to go back to desk and get new room. The second room smelled badly of marijuana. I made the front desk aware immediately. At 1 in the morning security was banging on my door bc they smelled marijuana. I was asleep in the room with my mother and son. There was pubic hair in the shower, food behind the nightstand and the hair dryer kept falling off the wall into the sink. I went to a sales presentation with very little sleep that lasted SIX hours. We waited in line after line to board the "cruise" that was nothing more then an over grown ferry. The cruise director was a complete jerk, if you wanted decent food or to see a show.. that costed extra. We were charged excursion fees and never took any excursions. My mom had to sleep on th e floor bc the bunk beds were oddly placed. Half of the staff was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Duty free shopping was a joke. Same prices as on land. Except for the 100 dollar bottles of vodka they kept trying to make us buy.

On the phone when I took this offer, I paid extra money to stay at the VivA la Wyndham but these jokers switched up and dumped us at the royal seas. They were not prepared to host an all inclusive. One bartender. Horrendous food. Could not even get a bottle of water after 10pm so I could take my lupus medication. My boyfriend couldn't take his gout preventative. One night we missed dinner and had to pay money to have pizza delivered. All inclusive generally means all you can eat, all you can drink. A life guard offered my son drugs. This resort was reprehensible. There were no water sports... nothing. Back on the "cruise" home... all of the same problems...disembarkation... the employees of the cruise line were literally fighting in front of us about whose job it wad to do what. They have zero clue how to get people to the customs line. Absolutely sick over the money lost to this free trip... plus what I paid. All I wanted was to spend time with my family after losing my youngest child and I'm left with the taste of bitter disgrace.
