Grand Luxe Vacation Management Superior Closing Services took money for selling timeshare & didn't sell or reimburse the money Houston, Texas
This vacation management company told us they had a buyer in Mexico for our timeshare in Branson Mo. We were to send them transfer fees, taxes and commission for selling the property to a buyer. We sent money via moneywires into the buyers escrow account which was being held by Superior Closing Services in Chicago Illinois.
After complying with the companys wishes we were to receive into our bank account all the money plus bank fees and the price for our timeshare . When all transactions were complete we never received the money promised to us.
We have what we think are legal contracts and Guarantee Letters to be binding in court if we can locate the people who are running this business.
We think they are now doing business under the name INVESTMENT VACATION MANAGEMENT using the same tactics. They owe us about $12,000.00 US dollars.
